Thoughts on Life
My dad does not believe me when I say to him that I understand life a lot.
He says it only proves that I understand nothing about life.
But, I did not want to argue with him on that, because I KNOW that I am right. (he he).
So, with my deep understanding, I present my words of wisdom to you fellow minions:
1. Life is primarily pain and suffering, irrespective of who you are and what you do, be prepared to go through them. But the degree of pain and suffering varies from person to person.
2. Point 1 usually results in a by-product - sadness, which leads to a medical condition called depression. If its sadness, fight it with (forced) positive thoughts and happiness [:)]. If its depression, you might need medical attention.
3. Life is essentially a worthless thing, im most cases, ones birth - life - death, does not make much of a difference. Once, you can have the perspective of seeing everything to-gether, it will become clear (tribute to Douglas Noel Adams).
4. Be prepared for old age, following things can occur with high probability - loneliness, despising all the time you wasted, sudden upsurge to do many things and realizing that you are unable to do them, sickness of some sort, usually leading to a painful death (lucky ones die in sleep).
From this, I have come to some conclusions of marriage and having children. But, let me not go into that now.
